This Certificate is applicable to any product at original price up to HK$50 at COVA Pasticceria-Confetteria Boutiques or Takeaway Coffee Bars; or for dine-in lunch or dinner consumption up to the value of HK$50 at COVA Caffè-Ristorante, in Hong Kong within the validity period.

1. Multiple Certificates are accepted in a single transaction.
2. This Certificate is not applicable to use on pre-designed festive hamper and delivery service.
3. This Certificate cannot be used for outside catering, banquet party of more than 20 guests, festive menu, or promotional menu at Caffè-Ristorante.
4. This Certificate must be presented before payment.
5. Each Certificate can be used once only.
6. This Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and any unused balance shall be forfeited.
7. This Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with COVA Privilege Card or other promotional offers.
8. COVA shall not be liable to any customer for any expiry, loss or damage arising out of the refusal, cancellation, withdrawal of the e-Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer to use an e-Voucher for any reason.
9. This Certificate is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of COVA.
10. The QR code on this Certificate is valid until the expiry date shown on the respective e-Voucher.
11. All matters and dispute will be subject to the final decision of COVA. COVA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
